There are a number of companies you can use to help you with your customer or client follow up. It is important to know that some of them use non-US freelancers to keep costs down and profits up. This also makes their business model more attractive to companies looking to dramatically reduce their customer service costs while significantly increasing their company revenue (profits). If you want to keep your outsourcing within the US (or whatever country you run your business from) you will need to specify that when searching for freelancers or do your own research to find suitable candidates. Craigslist is a good resource to use. However, NEVER allow anyone to work out of your home. Always do your due diligence when researching and always exercise caution when responding to classified ads!

Nel's Broadcasting Services (owned & operated by the creator of this website) 2. upwork.com (high quality freelancers, formerly oDesk.com) 3. freelancer.com (I have never used them but I am told they are good) 4. craigslist.org 5. fiverr.com (previously mentioned in Strategy 1) 6.
